We proudly source from our garden, the wild, and local & regional farms & producers, including Crack in the Sidewalk, Levity Farms, Jody's Farms, Gohn Green Farm, Oliver Farm, Decimal Place Farm, Evergreen Butcher & Baker, Anson Mills, Sequatchie Cove Creamery, Southern Swiss Dairy, Benton's Smokey Mountain Country Hams, Stone Mountain Cattle, and various farms at local farmers market. A few of our favorite things like anchovies, roe, capers, fish sauce, etc. are commodity sourced, but we do our best to choose from socially and ecologically responsible producers.
